September 2022- Current |

Delhi, India (Remote)

Cognizant Technology Solutions | Experience Designer

  • Youngest User Experience Designer in a client facing role with Network Rail, a leading rail infrastructure company in the U.K. I drive and lead all UX initiatives for an internal tool on the company’s digital platform where my key responsibility was to design the end to end solution of the said tool from scratch.

  • I collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts & users to design an intuitive, seamless solution. As a result of my efforts, the wireframes were approved by the stakeholders (Principal Engineers, V.P.s) in a timely & satisfactory manner.

  • Our team won the “Real IT Award 2023” for Product Innovation of the Year.

  • Collaborated with a team of 4 designers as part of a Human Centered Design program to design an application to help tech enthusiasts engage in a credible learning environment and build a community.

  • The project was highly appreciated by the senior design leadership at Cognizant as well as the design sprint masters. Received the Human Centered Design certification as well by HFRnD.

November 2022- Current

The Banana Collaborative | Self motivated design Initiative

Co-founded a not for profit design consultancy studio as an interest initiative. It focuses on helping early-stage start-ups with their design strategy & creating digital experiences with a focus on storytelling to create impact.
 

Collaboration with CoolAnt: Strategy design, brand identity, responsive website design and development.

  • Designed a responsive website for CoolAnt (www.coolant.co), a start-up that provides sustainable cooling and building façade solutions. Rebranded it as a go-to for sustainable technology solution.

  • Developed the website on Webflow with analytics and SEO.

  • Increased customer traction and queries by 300% in the first 2 weeks of the launch of the website.

Collaboration with xyz, UAE: Strategy design for a new initiative (bound by an NDA), Brand Identity and Responsive Design for Website and Web-App with language support in Arabic.

  • Understood business needs to develop a roadmap for its MVP.

  • Designed their brand identity and vision for various physical and digital platforms.

  • Ongoing design for a responsive web application in English and Arabic.

Sampark | Co Founder and Design Strategist

Designed a universally accessible digital application with a physical distribution strategy that acts as an aggregator for social workers and the communities they serve. Created a universally accessible interface for digital migrants by incorporating findings from physical user research.

Case Design | Architectural Intern

Worked on multiple architectural and interior design projects of varying scales. Collaborated with other designers on the drawings, physical model, 3D views and visualizations for the same.

Designed a high end residential project (40,000 sq. ft.) in Alibaug, Mumbai and led the design of a specific space.

  • Architecture Thesis: Top 10 thesis of the year: A knowledge and social campus for all that hinged around solving socio-cultural user problems through intuitive and sustainable space design in an urban village of Delhi.

  • Contributed to the research, design and development of the SHUNYA Project run by the Central Board of Secondary Education.

  • Dissertation and Seminar: Explored varied research topics like “Interpretations of a Vernacular Cultural Identity in Contemporary Architecture” and “The Place of Space in Mental Well-Being” where I understood my passion for good research.

  • Won the “ETHOS Student of the Year” Trophy for my academic work done in 2020 at a national level.

  • Won the second prize in a building design innovation competition called “Envizn” hosted by I.I.T. Bombay. 

  • Held an intrinsic position of responsibility for 2 consecutive years as the Unit Secretary and represented S.P.A. Delhi in the “N.A.S.A. India” national council. 

  • Acted as a Phd Research aid by accompanying the Phd candidate to the remote villages of Kashmir and documenting houses in the valley. 

  • Volunteered with Adda Experiment to enhance play spaces for children in backward communities.
